Executive Chef Marcus Hollingsworth showcases an exciting blend of organic and heirloom vegetables in “real” flavor dishes. “ We are one of the only restaurants in town to use all organic heirloom and sustainable vegetables in our dishes” , states Pierpont Executive Chef, Marcus Hollingsworth, “and we use all organic certified, grain fed beef; that’s what makes our Filet Mignon the best in town."

New items like Seared Jumbo Scallops in a sweet corn broth, frizzled onions, cilantro-walnut pistou and a Morrocan fruit chutney are the restaurant’s most popular new appetizer by far; and our Steak and Lobster combination is also a favorite, featuring organic 8 oz. Filet Mignon paired with a succulent 7oz. Lobster tail served with chef’s selection of organic heirloom, sustainable root vegetables.

This St. Patrick's Day Celebrate With A Toast!!

The Pierpont Inn invites guests to re-discover the Wonder of Austen’s during a month long celebration of Austen’s Restaurant.

The Historic Pierpont Inn has made special arrangements to bring Foxen Wines to Ventura for a St. Patrick's Celebration Dinner.
Executive Chef, Marcus Hollingsworth and Pastry Chef Kim Wallace have created an exciting four course menu.

The gourmet experience includes Beef tenderloin burse with black truffles and “jerked” dried figs with a gratin of celeriac, baby new potatoes and stilton cheese served with a stone-ground mustard demi glace paired with a Pinot Noir, 2004

The Third course is an elegant Chamomile, lemon grass and yogurt marinated roasted pheasant breast leading to a fourth course of Classic Lobster Thermidor with The Pierpont Inn’s special touch! Served with fresh Dungeness crabmeat, roasted root vegetables and an herbed citrus butter paired with a Sangiovese Volpino, 2002
