The Pierpont Inn offers 77 rooms with a variety of views, amenities, and special features. All rooms have coffee makers and remote control television with HBO, ESPN, CNN, and Disney channels available. The hotel has two private cottages originally built by Gus Gleichmann in the 20s and 8 two-room, ocean view suites with balconies, a refrigerator, and a separate bath and shower. The Austen Pierpont Suite sits atop the Anacapa Room and commands breathless ocean views. There are a variety of ocean view rooms, pier view rooms, gas-burning fireplace rooms, and rooms with bathtubs. Poolside rooms have balconies on the second floor and common poolside, patio access on the ground floor. All poolside rooms have a single king-size bed. The suites offer either a king sized bed or two queen-size beds. Our Pier View rooms have two queen beds and offer free DSL internet access.

There are numerous rooms on the ground level with stairways to other levels; there are no elevators. One Pier View Room and one suite are handicap-accessible.
The entire restaurant and all of the hotel rooms are non-smoking rooms.
